The two questions that always come up about pervious concrete:
1) Does it meet ADA requirements?
2) What about high heels?
And, we can answer both questions with 'Yes'. But, let's focus on the high heels.
We often say that smaller aggregate is better as the voids are smaller, so there's less of a chance of catching a heel. Here is a link to a site where they actually documented some of this in a little field study. It seems to be conclusive, that high heels will work on pervious concrete.
