One of the hottest search terms for this site is "Free ACI 522R-10", "Download Free ACI 522R-10", or "Download ACI 522".
Due to copyright law, I don't know that there is a website that offers free downloads of the ACI 522 texts. Unfortunately, I can't email you this document, either. However, you may buy a copy from the ACI website: http://www.concrete.org/BookstoreNet/ProductDetail.aspx?itemid=52210
